We are always looking for new members in our team but this time we not looking just for a member but a leading member.Our kitchen does need a leader considering that the owners would like to step aside and let the team get on.The leading chef will be that candidate who will have the energy to lead the kitchen and if needed the restaurant floor.Someone who’s passioned about cooking and wanting to take himself further up one day.Someone who’s not scared to lift his voice in the kitchen to be noticed and manage orders, food stock, waste and rota. You have to be able to work any day of the week if needed but that if is needed (all extra hours will be paid).

Experience on french and modern european needed.If you have experience on modern tapas and pastry that would be a plus.. experience + trial = ££

..experience is required and knowledge on service is a must.Personality comes first and with the right attitude you might achieve sonething you never thought about it .. so if you think that you have more than experience why don’t you arrange a interview & trial.
